Applying to two hundred roles with the same document is not a strategy. It is a slow way to lose confidence.

Build a target list of thirty to fifty employers that genuinely fit your criteria. Research each one enough to tailor a paragraph, and track every touchpoint in a simple spreadsheet.

Run a weekly cadence: five tailored applications, ten outreach messages, two informational conversations and one skills investment. This is sustainable, measurable and dramatically more productive than volume.

Review the funnel every fortnight. No responses points to your document. Responses without interviews points to targeting. Interviews without offers points to preparation.
