How many revisions are included?
Essential includes two revision rounds, Career Accelerator includes unlimited revisions for 14 days and Executive Suite includes unlimited revisions for 30 days.
What is your refund policy?
If we have not started work on your order, you may cancel for a full refund. Once drafting begins, we work with you through revisions until the document meets the agreed brief. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
How do payments work?
Payment is made in full when you place your order via secure card payment. Executive packages can be split into two instalments on request.
Do you offer discounts for students or graduates?
Yes. Verified students and recent graduates receive a reduced rate on the Graduate Resume service. Contact us with your student credentials to receive a code.
What if I need my resume urgently?
Rush delivery is available on all packages. 24-hour turnaround can be added at checkout subject to writer availability.
