Refund Policy
When refunds apply, how to request one, and what we do instead when a document misses the mark.

Before work begins
If you cancel before your writer has started drafting, you receive a full refund with no questions asked. Email us and we will process it within five business days.
After drafting has started
Once writing is underway, we work with you through the revision rounds included in your package until the document meets the agreed brief. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion where work delivered falls materially short of the agreed scope.
Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are not refundable.
Non-refundable items
Downloadable resources, completed ATS scan reports and rush-delivery surcharges on delivered work are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@malishcareers.com with your order reference and the reason for the request. We respond to every refund enquiry within one business day.
