Your information is used solely to deliver the services you request, communicate with you about your order, and improve our service. We never sell personal data, and we never share your documents with third parties without your explicit consent.

Resumes, CVs and career documents are treated as strictly confidential. Portfolio samples published on this site are fully anonymised, with names, employers and identifying details removed or altered.

We retain client files for 24 months so you can request updates or additional copies, after which they are securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the team members working on your engagement. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.
